uLiquid Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how EDS Digital Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company that operates uLiquid (“uLiquid”, “we”, “us”), handles information.

This Privacy Policy applies to uLiquid websites, dashboards, APIs, wallet and exchange integrations, notifications and related services. The public marketing website and the authenticated Desk do not collect the same categories of information; product-specific processing is described where relevant.

• Account information such as email address, authentication status, role, workspace membership and support communications.
• Security and audit information such as login events, sessions, IP address, user agent, device and browser metadata, admin actions and legal acknowledgements.
• Website analytics information collected through Matomo only after you opt in, such as pages viewed, link interactions, referrer information and browser metadata.
• Wallet and exchange-related information you choose to connect, including public addresses, account labels, permissions, balances, positions, orders, transfers and execution events.
• Product usage information such as bot settings, strategies, alerts, preferences, logs, diagnostics, feature usage and error reports.
• Billing or subscription information if paid features are enabled, including plan status, payment-provider references and transaction status.

• Provide, operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve uLiquid.
• Measure and improve the public website with Matomo when you have enabled analytics.
• Authenticate users, maintain sessions, enforce permissions and investigate security events.
• Run user-requested product features such as bots, alerts, exchange synchronization, wallet views, notifications and billing.
• Maintain operational, legal, audit, support and compliance-relevant records.

The public website loads Matomo analytics and the uLiquid support chat (EDS Orbit) only after you enable each of them in the consent notice. The authenticated Desk uses necessary cookies and browser storage for authentication, security, preferences and recovery of user-requested product flows, and it offers the support chat to signed-in users. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate hosting, infrastructure, email, notifications, logging, payment and security. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect rights and security. Third-party wallets, exchanges, blockchains, bridges, payment providers and data providers process information under their own terms.

Matomo analytics is served from analytics.uliquid.vip after you opt in. The uLiquid support chat is provided by EDS Orbit and served from orbit.eds-labs.io. On the public website it loads only after you enable it. In the authenticated Desk it is available to signed-in users, and your Desk user ID and verified email address are passed to it only when you open the chat. Messages and contact details you enter in the chat are processed to answer your request. After the server-rendered illustrative snapshot is visible, the public homepage opens a connection to Bybit's public WebSocket service for live BTCUSDT market updates. Bybit therefore receives ordinary connection information such as the visitor's IP address and browser connection metadata under its own privacy terms. No uLiquid account, wallet, order or position data is included in these requests.

uLiquid uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, audit logs and operational monitoring. No system is perfectly secure. Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations and preserve auditability.

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of personal information where required by applicable law. Some records may be retained where necessary for security, legal, audit, fraud-prevention or operational reasons.
