Cookie and Storage Information

The public uLiquid website asks separately for Matomo analytics and the uLiquid support chat (EDS Orbit). Each one loads only after you enable it in the consent notice; choosing Decline all prevents both from loading. You can change each preference below at any time.

uLiquid Desk uses cookies and browser storage required for authentication, security, explicitly selected preferences or recovery of product flows requested by the user.

• _pk_id.* — Matomo visitor identifier, used only after consent. The Matomo tracker is configured for *.uliquid.vip; retention is controlled by the Matomo configuration.
• _pk_ses.* — Matomo session identifier, used only after consent and normally expires after a short session period.
• orbit-support:<key> — the support chat's session token in session storage, used by orbit.eds-labs.io and deleted when the browser tab is closed. On the public website it is set only after consent; in the Desk only when a signed-in user uses the chat.
• uliquid_support_chat_consent — records your support chat choice for this website.
• uliquid_matomo_consent — records your analytics choice for uliquid.vip and desk.uliquid.vip so both services can respect it.

• utrade_locale — selected language, up to one year.
• mm_session, or an environment-specific prefix — authenticated session, up to 30 days and removed on sign-out.
• mm_csrf, or an environment-specific prefix — session protection, up to 30 days and removed on sign-out.
• mm_reauth, or an environment-specific prefix — short additional authentication for sensitive actions, usually up to 10 minutes or until used.
• mm_siwe_nonce, or an environment-specific prefix — one-time wallet authentication, usually up to 10 minutes or until used.

• gridCatalogView — remembers the selected bot-catalog layout until changed or browser data is deleted.
• uliquid.billing.pendingTxHashes.v1 — supports recovery and reconciliation of an initiated billing transaction.
• uliquid.uliq pending transaction keys — retain pending ULIQ transaction references until completion or deletion.
• tradeDeskPrefill and uliquid.agentChat.positionPrefill.v1 — transfer user-selected context within the current browser-tab session.

• Use the controls below to enable or disable Matomo analytics and the support chat separately.
• Language can be changed through the product language selector.
• Cookies and browser storage can be deleted through browser settings.
• Blocking required session or security cookies may prevent sign-in, wallet linking and protected actions.

When you open or connect a wallet, exchange, blockchain or payment service, that provider may use its own cookies or storage technologies under its own privacy terms.
